By setting up Workflow, your company can set an approval process to any page or section of your site. Each time a change is made on a particular page, the person making the approval will receive notification to enable him/her to authorize content to be published edited or declined. Hot Banana makes it simple to set up groups then to define workflow on a page level or throughout the entire site.
Hot Banana Administrators can assign an approval process (workflow) to any page or section of the Web site. Each time a change is made on a particular page by a designated author, an editor or editors will receive an email notification with a link to login to Hot Banana and view the new or changed content. The content may then be approved, edited or declined. In the case of declined content, the editor can have reasons for the decline sent back to the original author. Hot Banana makes it simple to set up groups then to define workflow on a page level or throughout the entire site.
Pre-defined/pre-approved workflow may also be mapped across Web pages or sections of the site, as required to save time.
